Shop Overview

Your branded, multi-tenant ticket storefront

Every TIXFIN project gets its own public storefront — the "Shop" — where attendees actually browse events and buy tickets. One Shop deployment serves every organizer on the platform, each with their own domain, branding, and catalog.

Multi-Tenant Storefronts

Each organizer's Shop is resolved per request from the domain a customer visits:

  • Subdomain-based — e.g. your-event.tixfin.com — the subdomain identifies which project's Shop to serve.
  • Custom domains — projects on eligible plans can point their own domain (e.g. tickets.yourbrand.com) at their Shop; see Projects & Organizations for setup.

Every request is scoped to exactly one project's data — events, ticket types, branding, and enabled features never leak between organizers sharing the same Shop deployment.

Branding & Customization

From the Dashboard's Shop customizer, organizers control their storefront's appearance without touching code:

  • Live-preview theme editor covering the full page (hero, event listings, footer, and more)
  • Logo, colors, and fonts matching your brand
  • Custom pages with a rich text editor (About, FAQ, Terms, etc.)
  • SEO and Open Graph settings for link previews
  • Custom code injection for advanced customization

Optional Features

Organizers can turn specific Shop capabilities on or off per project:

FeatureWhat it adds
Support ChatLive chat widget for visitor questions
WaitlistLet customers join a waitlist when a ticket type sells out
LotteriesFair, random ticket allocation for high-demand events
ReferralsReferral codes and payouts for events that use them
LoyaltyPoints, tiers, and rewards for repeat customers
MembershipsRecurring membership products

Only enabled features appear on that project's Shop — a small event doesn't need to show a loyalty program it never configured.
