Briefings

Briefings are how supervisors prepare crew ahead of a shift or the event as a whole:

• Written in markdown, with a title, a scheduled start time, an owner, and a status (Draft, Published, Archived)
• Searchable by title and content
• Because briefings are edited collaboratively, they're the area where real-time locking is most visible: if someone else has a briefing open for editing, you see a lock indicator with their name and a highlighted card, preventing simultaneous edits from clobbering each other

Run Sheets

A Run Sheet is the event's timeline — the run of show — broken into ordered items:

• A run sheet has a title, notes, status (Draft, Active, Completed, Cancelled), and a start/end time
• Each item has a title, markdown details, a planned time, an owner, a status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, Skipped), and a position in the order
• Items are drag-and-drop reorderable — the new order is saved immediately

Run sheets keep everyone — stage management, security, medics — working from the same minute-by-minute plan.

Incidents

Incidents is live incident tracking for anything that goes wrong during the event:

• Each incident records a title, description, severity (Low, Medium, High, Critical), a status, an optional location and assignee, who reported it, when it occurred, and (once resolved) when it was resolved
• Status flows Open → In Progress → Resolved (and can be reopened back to Open if needed); moving to Resolved automatically stamps the resolution time
• The list is split into active and resolved sections, with a colored severity indicator so critical incidents stand out immediately
