Managing Wallet Passes
Viewing Tickets
In Wallet app:
- All passes in chronological order
- Upcoming events at top
- Past events archived
- Search by name
Removing Tickets
After event:
- Passes auto-archive after date
- Manually delete: swipe left, delete
- Can re-add from email if needed
Re-Adding Tickets
If accidentally deleted:
- Find original confirmation email
- Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" again
- Pass re-downloads
- QR code same as original
Privacy & Security
Data Security
Apple Wallet passes:
- ✅ Encrypted storage on device
- ✅ Unique QR per ticket
- ✅ Tamper-proof codes
- ✅ Secure updates via HTTPS
- ✅ No personal data in QR
Location Privacy
Location features require:
- User permission
- Opt-in only
- Can be disabled
- No tracking stored
Sharing Concerns
- Each ticket should go to one person
- Transfers create new QR code (future feature)
- Screenshot detection prevents fraud
- One-time use prevents resale
