Required Fields

Ticket Modifications
Editing Active Tickets
You can modify:
- ✅ Description and details
- ✅ Quantity (increase only recommended)
- ✅ Sale end date
- ✅ Entry instructions
You cannot modify:
- ❌ Price (for already sold tickets)
- ❌ Event date (affects all tickets)
- ❌ Unique QR codes
Cancelling Ticket Types
- Stop sales by setting sale end date to past
- Archive the ticket type
- Existing sold tickets remain valid
Best Practice: Don't delete ticket types with existing sales. Archive instead.
Special Ticket Features
Multi-Day Passes
Single ticket valid for multiple days. Set "Valid From" to first day, "Valid Until" to last day, and configure "Allow Multiple Entries".
Season Passes
Valid for multiple events in a series. Create at project level, link to all applicable events, and set a validity date range.
Group Tickets
Multiple attendees per ticket. Set "Quantity per Purchase" to group size, require attendee names at checkout, and generate separate QR codes per person.
