Manual Check-In

When to Use Manual

  • QR code damaged or won't scan
  • Technical difficulties
  • Backup verification
  • Special circumstances

Manual Process

  1. In scanner app, tap "Manual Entry"
  2. Search by:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Order number
    • Phone number
  3. Verify ID matches
  4. Tap "Check In"

Backup List

Print attendee list as backup:

  1. Go to event dashboard
  2. Click "Attendee List"
  3. Print or save PDF
  4. Check off manually if needed

Security: Always verify ID when using manual check-in to prevent fraud.
